FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

Preset Mode

Preset modes are provided so you can opti mi ze your projector image

set-up to suit your prog ram ty pe.

PC Sig nal Inp ut

1. Presentation Mode: Is designed for presentations. Th e b r ightn ess

is emphas ized in this m ode.

2. Viv id Mo de : Is perfect fo r playing games. The color saturation and

brightness are well-balanced.

3. Vid eo Mo d e: Is suitable for cinematic enjoym ent displaying

images in their natural color.

4. Economic Mode: U se this mo de to reduce system noise and reduce

power consumption by 20%. The lamp life is also extended with

lower light output.

YPbPr/ S-Video/ Video Signal Input

1. Gaming Mode: Is suitable for playing video games in a bright liv-

ing room.

2. Vid eo Mo d e: With a higher color temperature, it is suitable for

enjoying T V movies.

3. Cinem a Mode: With a lower color temperature, it is suitable for

enjoying cinematic mov ies.

4. Economic Mode: U se this mo de to reduce system noise and reduce

power consumption by 20%. The lamp life is also extended with

lower light output.

Keystone

Corrects any keystoning of the image. Refer to page 19 for more infor-

mation.

Brightness

Adjusts the brightne ss of the im a ge. T h e higher the value, the bri g hter

the image. And lower the sett ing, darker the image . Adjust this control

so the black areas of the im age appear just as black and that detail in the

dark areas is v isi ble.

Contrast

Adjusts the degree of difference between da r k and light in th e image.

The higher the value, the greater the contrast.
